1) Shipping Time does not include a 2-5 days processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
2) All our products are shipping directly by our factories. So it may take more than 10 days of long international transportation.
3) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
4) Should your package not arrive within 30 days after you have placed your order, you must contact Customer Support within 30 days after your order was placed with email moxiedawnshop@gmail.com. We will send you a new product or arrange you a refund.
5) All orders shipped outside of the US can take 1-3 weeks to arrive. Some countries outside of the US charge taxes on your order. This is not common but CAN happen. We are not responsible for these fees. Once your order is shipped, all shipping fees non-refundable. All sales are final.
To return your product, you should Email us to gather the return shipping location. Shipping cost are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted form your refund. Please write in support@Moxiedawn.com before you send back our item and we will give you the return address where our items should be returned. Warning: don't send our items to the address which is on your packaging we will give you the proper shipping address. If you have ANY questions for us, we are only an email away! All emails will get a response within 24-48 hours.
